Hey I am getting ready to brew the Belgian Golden Strong from brewing classic styles today and I had intended to do a partial boil because of limitations.  I went back and listened to the podcast for this style as well and Jamil said the reason for the 90 minute boil was to drive off DMS because of the Pils malt.  Should I not do a late extract addition with Pils because of this or is the DMS already driven off from the production process?  I was hoping to do the late extract addition to keep the color low, but I would rather have a darker beer than one full of DMS.  What do you guys think?
Thanks,
Kevin

The production process should have driven off all the DMS so I wouldn't worry about that.
