I did his Wit a few months ago and didn't need any rice hulls. Depending on your partial mash setup, stuck mashes shouldn't be too much of an issue anyways--I use a large grain bag in a small cooler, so a stuck mash can be alleviated by lifting the bag.
Thanks for the response. I have the same sort of partial mash setup so I won't worry about it, besides, the mash has started so it's too late to turn back now. How did your wit come out?
