Is it important to brew the wort to be brewed in a stainless steal pot??? If it's not in this style pot will it make the beer bitter and foul?

You can use whatever kind of pot you have.  I think there are a couple materials that you want to avoid but for the most part you can use anything.-"You want a beer?"
-"But it's 7am"
-"Scotch?"

If you use aluminum, make sure that you don't scrub off the oxide layer. It should protect the acidic wort from dissolving the aluminum.
