I saw something today on carbonating bottles with Apple Juice Concentrate instead of priming sugar. Any thoughts or stories on it?

I have not tried this myself, but I don't see why it would be a problem (unless to much concentrate was used). However, given the small amount that would be needed relative to the total volume I would think the effect on flavor would be minimal.

I have used FAJC to carbonate a couple 5 gallon batches. It works great. All you need to do is see how much sugar is in the FAJC. Example... At 27 grams per serving and a serving of 6 per 12 oz container a whole can in 5 gallons gives you between 2.5 and 3 volumes of CO2.
As mentioned above probably doesn't add much flavor but I figure it's better than sugar that adds nothing.
