I love making wine and am thinking about buying a 55 gallon Blichmann WineEasy. Does anyone have any experience with this? Forum post searches don't reveal too much information.
I have been making wine from kits and would like to scale it up. Generally I buy 6 gallon wine juice kits. Could anyone comment on strategies to find a high quantity of must? I believe the 55 gallon WineEasy requires at least 18-19 gallons of must to operate correctly.
