Rocky River Brewing Co. is a neighborhood Brewpub located in Rocky River, OH that has been in operation since 1998. We are looking for a qualified individual with experience and creativity to keep up with the changes in the Craft beer industry. Must be a motivated, passionate, and energetic person that is familiar with all areas of beer production.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Entire brewing process, from milling to knock out.
• All cellar operations
• Cleaning, maintaining and sanitizing, CIP, keg cleaning.
• General cleaning of all production areas.
Minimum Requirements include:
• 2 years minimum professional brewing experience as head brewer
• Must be extremely organized & accurate and somewhat of a clean freak.
• Physical ability to lift 55lb sacks overhead
• Positive attitude
• Quick learner with good comprehension skills
• Experience handling chemicals with an emphasis on following cleaning and sanitizing SOP's
