Wasn't sure where to post this one.
I run a trivia night at our brewery and I would like to collect participants answers via text message or form entry.
I make my own questions up now and use a google form that allows them to submit their answers.
The problem is that they have to enter their team name every time.

A few years ago I was at a training session and we did a fun quiz using Kahoot. No idea if this is still available, or if it would work as you want, but might be worth a look
