I’m trying to do my research, and I’ve hit a bit of a roadblock. I’ve got bottles of SEBstar HTL, SEBamyl GL, and ViscoSEB L, and I’m making notes on their working temperature and pH range and recommend dosage. Got the first two done, but I can’t find anything on the ViscoSEB L. I searched here and I found a few references to people using it, usually adding it while mashing, and one person asking for some kind of data sheet, but nobody responded to that one publicly. The best I’ve been able to find is that my 4oz bottle should be enough for 200 gallons, from which I extrapolate that the dosage should be about half that of the other two. Other than that, I’ve got nothing solid to go on. Can anyone help, since I’ve come up empty handed?

I'd submit an info request on this page and see what they have to say.

I find it odd that they require a company name and position. But, I did go ahead and fill the form out. Hopefully they can provide something, and if so I’ll share it here.

Higgins,
That’s where I bought mine, and that’s all the data I have. Lots of useful information about WHAT it does, but not much about the ideal conditions or limits. That’s what I’m looking for.
