We are looking for a production assistant to focus on Half Lion’s cold side operations. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining and preparing products in tanks for packaging. With secondary responsibilities including cleaning and maintaining empty tanks and equipment. Candidates must be able to minimally lift 55 lbs, up to 75lbs. This is a great opportunity to be a vital member of our growing operations team. This position initially will be part time, around 30 hrs per week, building hours towards full-time as the needs of the brewery continue to expand.
Primary Responsibilities:Canning beer and seltzer.Kegging beer.SIP and CIP of fermentation tanks.Cleaning hoses, fittings/parts and keeping the brew work area clean and tidy.
Secondary Responsibilities:Helping maintain cleanliness of workspace; daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleanings of the packaging line and brew area.Cleaning Kegs and logging keg codes and locations as neededWhen necessary, helping lead brewer with other brewery related tasks.Please send resumes to [email protected]
