Responsibilities Provide instrumentation and controls troubleshooting support for manufacturing operations teamWorking with electronic control systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control elements used in automated processesTesting instrumentation and control systems and maintaining test equipmentTests accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, oscilloscopes, and multimeterConsulting manuals, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematicsRepairing and adjusting controls system components or removing and replacing defective partsInstalling control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipmentProvide training to maintenance technicians and operations team on equipment use and troubleshootingWork on assign continuous improvement projects assigned by CI leadership teamFoster collaborative and organizational learningProvide process engineering support for manufacturing operationsProficient with personal computers and business applicationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferred. Salary Range 50,000- 110,000 depending on experience.
