I have done 3 x 20 litre stripping runs of a sugar wash and tossed the first 150mL from each.
I now have enough @ 40% ABV to do a spirit run with 'cuts'.
Do I need to discard the first 100-150mL from the spirit run?

That's what I do. 150ml-ish from each stripping run, then 150ml-200ml on the spirit run.
If you take too much as foreshots they're just heads anyway, and you probably don't want those.
