Come be a part of our team at Sugar House Distillery in Salt Lake City. We are currently looking for a Head Distiller. We run two stills one being 500 gallons with the second one 900 gallons in size. We are a grain to glass distillery. Doing grinding, mashing, and distilling all in house.
The Head Distiller is reasonable for every application in the manufacturing distillery daily duties.
We offer Vodka, Rum, Bourbon, Rye, and Malt Whiskey plus other special releases. Then we have our canned cocktail line.
We are distilling on grain here at Sugar House Distillery. You must be passionate about the industry. Clean and precise with an attention to detail.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of distilling or commercial brewing experience. Chemistry or Biology degree a plus.
Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Normally close to 9-10 hour work days. Some weekend work required.
Pay depending on experience.
Move allowance for the right person.
