We are currently hiring a full time production brewer to work at the Lake Placid Pub & Brewery and Big Slide Brewery & Public House. Priority will be given to those with experience in the industry. Job description includes all aspects of day to day production in a 7 bbl & 3.5 bbl brewery including but not limited to wort production, yeast management, cellaring, packaging, cleaning and sensory analysis.
