Yazoo Brewing in Nashville, TN, has an opening for a Cellar Technician. Your primary responsibilities will include:Managing fermentations in our cellar - taking gravity readings, dumping spent yeast and trub on a schedule, dry-hopping beers per schedule, and adding finings as neededPerforming clean-in-place and sanitize-in-place cycles on our brite tanks and fermentersOperating our 3 sq meter Della Toffola filter using PerliteCleaning and sanitizing the filterOther tasks as assigned by the head brewerThis position reports to the head brewer. Previous experience in a brewery is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate to become proficient in our cellar.
