Job Summary: 7th Wave Brewing in Medfield, MA is seeking a motivated, high-energy, upbeat and creative individual to join our management team. Looking for the special candidate who can foster a positive taproom environment and help elevate our taproom experience to new levels of excellence. This position works closely with the management team and our front-of-house crew to deliver exceptional customer service, to identify and address problems as they arise, and to bring new ideas for growth and increased revenue from on-site retail operations. Strong communication skills, being able to lead a team and work cooperatively, and a willingness to learn new skills are all key characteristics of a successful candidate. Previous experience working on a team in hospitality or customer service is crucial, and previous managerial experience is preferred (but not required). The position reports to the Founders & Head Brewer.
