Got a pack from Omega that is 6 weeks old (manufacturer date aug 30) been in the fridge. I know under pitching is kinda preferred. Just wondering if i should worry about making a starter for a 1.065 beer (5 gal)?
My flask is being used so i can't really make a starter anyway. Thinking just pitch the pack and hope it's alive
