Well it seems like just a couple of weeks ago I was shooting my mouth off about what good ciders I could make and now it seems I've turned out some quite remarkably average stuff. I mean, it's still probably better than I could go purchase but not by much and not like drinking a cloud like I was mysteriously, miraculously producing. Anybody else identify with that losing your mojo feeling?
I made some mean (cyser?) apple mead a few years back, but the orchard I used to get my cider from went bust and stopped producing. Haven’t find a local pressed, unpasteurized, and preservative free cider that makes stuff as good…
