Position Summary
A Brewer I is responsible for supporting all aspects of the brewing process including raw materials handling, wort production, yeast management and CIP completion as well as monitoring fermentation and finishing of beer. This employee must be a hardworking, responsible, and self-motivated individual with a passion for the brewing process and a desire to continue learning and growing within the industry. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are also key attributes required of this position. They will communicate with management and other members of the Brewing and Filtration teams to keep operations organized, on time, and maintain a solid workflow. This individual will report to the Brewing Operations Manager and will play a key role in driving the company’s high-volume needs and quality expectations. Our facility operates with the need for agility, and flexibility with shifts.
