I've been in the industry for over 11 years and have worked in brewpubs and production breweries ranging in age from incorporation to 25+ years. Most recently I've gotten an award-winning non-alcoholic start up off the ground so am well versed in NA recipe formulation and methodology. During my career I've worked in all areas of production, done deliveries, and been a head brewer and am well versed in all areas of production, warehouse, sensory, and lab work.
