I was blushing some chestnuts in the oven because I want to make a beer with chestnuts.
So I thought I will try to make a spirit of chestnuts. My plan is to perform a mash with enzymes, fermentation and then distillation of the whole fruit (without the hard external peel), I saw some posts on the forum but I did not see the results publish ....
Do you think it's worth it? Before going to collect them, I would like to know about the result obtained by those who have already tried. Thank you!!
