Hey everyone,
I am making cider for the first time using hand-pressed pear juice from a farm near to me. What is a good chemical(s) to use to make sure the juice is safe and for clarification? (I know the usage of Starsans/PBW and such for cleaning vessels, but I meant for the fruit itself). Thanks!
