Gavin here, making spirits in a small flat like a madman! I like doing oddball ferments with what I can find at the chef's warehouse, and single-pot distillation. Bit of a biochem nerd as well, so I like getting into the processes that might happen in different kinds of fermentations. Big fan of Jesse at Still It! among other great hobby creators.
