Heat stick instructions thread

Apparently the search doesn’t go back far enough (or I am doing something wrong). Does anyone have a link to the heat stick instructions thread from back in the day (2012 maybe)?
I want to build another one the same as my first.

You want to build a widow maker huh? It's cheaper to install an element directly into the side of a kettle.

I haven’t had any issues with my original. I suppose one in the kettle and one out would work.

Please tell me that the ground wire is connected to something metal on it and that you're plugging it into a GFCI outlet.

It’s a metal upper, plastic lower. I know the ground is on the metal, but can’t recall how. I need that old thread…
