After 40+ years of home-brewing beer, (and I've still got my eyesight), I'm putting my toe into the world of the almighty spirits. Nah, I'm ready to take the plunge.
I'll be trying to recreate the best of Irish Whiskey along with some fancy Liquor and essential oils.
Solar PV gives me free power and I'll never need to supplement heat to a mash.
Tropical fruits and sugar cane are on my doorstep.
I'll share breakthroughs, but, at the moment leg ups are what I need.
