Hi everyone,
I'm trying to learn all I can about distilling. Why? Because I'm preparing (long time ahead) to retire in an EU country South of France.
Chances are that me and my wife will be buying a small old house with some small extensions that are or will be able to house a hobby-distillery. Perfect hobby by then!
At the moment I'm a lecturer at a Polytechnic University in the Netherlands. Not disclosing the country where I want to retire to because it will be on a budget and I don't want property prices to rise too much due to popularity. Sorry for that.
About myself. Masters Psychology, Liberal at heart and shocked by wokies, who seem to be a rebranded form of fascism. Career in marketing, marketing research and communication.
