Been through about 20 runs with my copper pot. I usually clean really well before and after a run but I completely forgot to rinse out the still before transferring my mash this last run.
I use a coffee filter at my spout pre jar and noticed a fair bit of blue oxidation chunks collecting there.

The shine is crystal clear but I'm not sure if I should re-run, ditch or if it's fine for consumption since it was filtered out.
Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe this will help.  If you do a Google search, type in the word homedistiller and then the topic you seek to research.  Be warned - doing this can become addictive!

I actually searched the forum prior to posting. I'm familiar with the issue but I haven't found any posts yet about clear shine with bits or chunks of blue corrosion only blue likker. My shine is clear.

I've spirit run blue contaminated Low Wines more than once.  I figure copper compounds in Low Wines are never going make it to the condenser.  I'm still alive and posting.
I have a 12V computer fan set up to blow air through difficult to dry components.

Not a doctor, don't even play one on TV but...
If the distillate is not blue and the copper sulfate is in chunks, my *guess* is you'd be OK.  It takes about a gram for symptoms of toxicity to appear and 10-20 grams to kill you. That is a lot.

I've had what looks like fluffy blue floaties in low wines before that were from corn - not copper sulfate. Not a ton but enough to take note of. Spirit ran it and no issues.
Any pics?
Cheers!

I thought the same thing. The copper in contact with the ferment acid/temperature and the long time without cleaning I think it is the culprit.I suggest good cleaning and after you could use baking soda and water to neutralize any acidic presences, then again cleaning with water
