Hi, My name is Mike and I'm in the fact finding phase of starting my own distillery in New England (Massachusetts specifically). I'm hear to use this wealth of information collected over the years to help develop my business plan, and hopefully get some feedback and critiques.
My current day job is in manufacturing supply chains. I have over 15 years of experience in large scale manufacturing environments and have handled everything supply chain related from multi million dollar contract negotiations, master scheduling, and setting up facility warehousing. I don't know much about distilling operations (yet) but happy to help with general supply chain related questions.
