Production Team Member Needed at Novel Beverage Co - Salisbury, MA
Novel Beverage Co. is seeking a passionate and experienced operator to join our Salisbury, MA team as a Production Team Member. In this role, you will primarily be working with both our Production Lead and Packaging Lead to manufacture high quality cannabis beverages.

Responsibilities Include:Assisting in all aspects of beverage productionRunning CIP’s on production equipment and canning lineFollowing SOPs for all aspects of brewhouse operationsOperating canning line Operating tunnel pasteurizerOperating labeler and coderPalletizing casesInventory ManagementRecording detailed data on brewhouse operationsAssisting with managing and ordering raw materials, ensuring all inventory necessary is available for productionEnsuring cleanliness and organization of all areas of the production facilityAssisting in equipment and facility maintenance Assisting in lab testingEnsuring safety of yourself and other team members at all times Requirements:2+ years of beverage production experience Comfortable in a dynamic, startup environment where you must wear many hatsTeam player – ability to work well with others to accomplish team goalsAbility to think critically and multitaskAttention to detail and ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standardsStrong time-management skillsGood communication skillsWillingness to flex hours if neededAbility to operate a forklift and pallet jack (or learn)Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularlyAbility to safely handle concentrated cleaning chemicals on a regular basisAbility to crouch, sit, stand, pull, push, bend, and/or twist and stand an entire shiftAbility to climb and work on a ladderA valid driver's license and reliable transportation This is a full-time, salaried position with the opportunity to earn stock in a rapidly growing company.
