We are a family-owned production with 4 restaurants in Colorado with a passion for producing creative and quality food and now looking to add creative and quality beer. We are looking to expand in a tourist town in Mexico. Want to wake up and brew with a view of the ocean? This would be a new start up brewery on a 10bbl brewhouse in Mexico. We are about to break construction soon and hope to be up and running but late 2023.
