Cave Hill Farms Brewery, an award winning brewery in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, has an immediate opening for a head brewer. Cave Hill has been in operation since September of 2019 and has experienced significant growth this year. We have a 3 vessel 10BBL brew house and maintain 12 beers on tap.
The head brewer will be responsible for all brewery operations from grain to glass. You will work with the owners, assistant brewer, and tap room manager in regards to production expectations and beer styles. We have 5 staples, a few seasonal beers and the rest filled with one offs. We may distribute in the future but right now all beer is sold out of the tap room. Responsibilities of this position also include management of a small hop garden adjacent to the brewery where Chinook and Cascade hops are grown.
Also looking to fill a new General Manager role with either a combined Head Brewer/GM position or separate positions. Please include any General Manager Experience you may have.
