We are in search of a well rounded, full time production brewer to our small team in the Hermosa neighborhood of Chicago. Production brewer is a part of a team responsible for all tasks from milling to packing off. Some experience or brewing education preferred. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with pay based on experience. Full time hourly. Tasks to include:Producing wort on the brewhouse and cleaning brewhouseCleaning and sanitizing fermenters and brite tanksCellaring tasks including filtration, fermentation monitoring and yeast handlingPackaging tasks including keg cleaning and filling, and operating the canning lineCarrying out maintenance and cleaning projects as assignedPhysical Demands:
