Lake Country Brewing is a new operation, looking for a hands on, hardworking head brewer to operate it's newly installed steam fired brewhouse in beautiful Lake Country, British Columbia, Canada. The ownership group is excited about bringing craft beer to Lake Country, located just north of Kelowna, BC. With a 100 seat taproom, our brewery will be the hub of the community. Creativity for the head brewer is key. With 20 taps, we are looking for a "why not" brewer who wants to try new things, and develop recipes that are embraced and enjoyed by our beer loving customers, as well as brewing time tested go to standards. The Head Brewer will be responsible for all brewhouse operations from materials sourcing to brewing to cellar management and record keeping.
