We're currently in the process of building out a veteran owned small family farm brewery in Warrenton VA and are looking for an experienced brewer to grow with us. We have a great location in a rural/agricultural/equestrian area in a new construction building situated on 40 plus acres with a focus on farm to glass brewing. We aim to grow as much or source locally the ingredients as best as possible for our beer and potentially ciders and seltzers down the road. We have a 2BBL 3 vessel electric system we plan on using for the near term as to allow for creativity and freedom in the brewing process as we plan our future potential. We're planning on being closed Monday - Wednesday for brew days to allow for a relaxing brewing environment as we establish and build our brand. Working toward opening doors by early spring (April fingers crossed) as we build out the space and would like to have someone in place toward the end to dial in the brewing area to suit needs and work on recipes and test batches.
I had originally planned on taking on some of the brewing responsibilities but given the amount of farm, animal and day to day business operations and associated work, we are hoping to find someone with a higher level of experience (talent lol) and dedication to brewing with my help and support during the process should it work out.
