Objective
This position is responsible for the creation and processing of documents associated with production at multiple facilities. This includes documentation of raw materials deliveries, production/packaging processes, and shipments.
Essential ResponsibilitiesTransfer data from spreadsheets, emails or other forms of communication into Orchestrated Beer documents.Review documents for accuracy.Works closely with procurement, production planning, and transportation teams to ensure raw material and finished goods availability.Communicates with other departments as necessary to forecast future production needs.
Additional ResponsibilitiesDocumentation support for procurement, production and shipping/receiving.Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of beer ordering software (Orchestrated Beer) and Excel.Skill in effective communication.Attention to detail.Ability to manage inventory.
Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 10 - 25 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
