Job Overview
Cerebral Brewing is looking for a motivated full time Logistics Driver. This individual will deliver to wholesale accounts and transport beer and materials between our two locations. This is a fast-paced position that involves lifting, lowering, and carrying kegs and cases. Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver License issued within the state of CO. Experience driving a 16’ box truck is a plus. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, flexible, and enjoys working autonomously with little direction. We are a rapidly growing organization so this position has significant growth potential.
Responsibilities Operate company vehicles in accordance with company safety policies & procedures, while maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the vehicleSafely stock & arrange kegs in coldbox, including mopping & untangling tap linesCount kegs & clearly label all pallets – accurately record & monitor inventory changesPhysically load and unload delivery van while dealing with obstacles such as curbs, docks, tight parking lots, etcVerify van is loaded accurately before leaving with deliveries for the dayEnsure keg and case inventory is accurate and organized at warehouseDeliver beer to various accounts, reviewing orders to ensure accuracy and collecting payment and empty kegs as appropriateProvide excellent customer service, answer inquiries and field questions or concerns from accountsUnload / stock product in the area designated by the customer, ensuring product is cold stored and properly rotated for freshnessPost and send invoices in the CRMAdhere to set delivery routes and windows
QualificationsMust be able to represent Cerebral Brewing in a professional and responsible mannerExcellent oral and communication skills, as well as driving and route mapping skillsOne year of experience driving a van or truck preferredValid driver’s license with a history of no suspensions or at fault accidents within the last three years, no DUI/DWI within the past seven years
Physical RequirementsAbility to frequently lift and/or move 25lb cases and lift and/or move 165lb kegsFrequent maneuvering in and out of delivery vehiclesSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
