Who We Are:
Elm City Brewing Co. opened in 1995 as one of New Hampshire’s original brewpubs, and Keene’s first brewery. Since our inception, we have been a local favorite for our great beer selection, diverse menu, and outstanding service. Now in our 27th year, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take on the role of Head Brewer.

What you’ll do:Wort production on a 7bbl direct fire brewhouseCellarwork, including gravity readings, transfers, and CIPsCurating a production schedule that aligns with restaurant demandYeast propagation and managementRecipe creation and developmentDraught line cleaning and maintenanceInventory management and ingredient sourcingFiling TTB excise taxes, state taxes, and quarterly reportsSubmitting new product paperwork to the stateAttending festivals and eventsStaff educationSystem maintenanceKeg cleaningMaintaining a clean and safe work environment
What we need:A minimum of 2 years brewing experience in a similar roleAbility to lift 55lb bags of grain, and maneuver 160lb kegsWillingness to commute to Keene, NHA friendly and positive attitude!What you’ll get:Base salary $55,000-$70,000Paid Time OffShift MealsBeer!
