You can disassemble the PVRV and clean inside,maybe the issue can be solved.

You should take your PRVs apart regularly to clean them.  Depending on the design, the top disk is usually held in by a split ring.  The easiest way to disassemble one with a split ring is this way:  1) Get a big socket, like a 3/4" socket, and place the PRV in a vice with the socket pressing the top disk down.  2)Compress the top disk in the vice enough to be able to see the split ring 3) pop the split ring out 4)  slowly open the vice, releasing the spring pressure 5) clean the PRV parts, making sure to inspect all the sealing surfaces 6) put it all back together in reverse, using the vice to compress the spring enough to seat the split ring again.
