Pancreatic lipase is used in cheese making, and is readily available (usually from sheep, goat or cow rather than pig) if you want to give it a shot, it targets fats.
You might need a lot to make up the required amylase (most of the amylase enzymes available off the shelf are derived from fungi, rather than animal organs), malted grain works good though, widely available.
You can also grow a fungi that produces it easily, Koji. It is the active fungi in yellow label, available in rice balls at Asian grocers.
There are some digestive aid pills that contain Amalyse. In the US the brand name is Beano, AKA Beanzyme, Bean assist, Veganzyme.:) |
