I’m a long time beer brewer that just fell down another rabbit hole. I’m hoping to eventually be able to produce some decent bourbon. I’ve been poking around and see many similarities and differences with the beer world.
I’m looking forward to the journey.
A quality bourbon isn't that hard to make once you have a good understanding of the craft. Read up, and dot fall victim to some of the shitty off the shelf stills on the market today.Use all your senses, and its not that hard. You just have to pay attention.
Procrastinate, you'll make better whiskey.
